Description
In a 200-year-old barn at Falls Farm in the picturesque village of Harrington in England, you will find a fantastic little gin distillery. A number of fantastically aromatic gins are made here. They grow all the ingredients themselves on the farm, and the water comes from the farm's own natural spring. Warner's Sloe Gin exudes sloe berries, which are hand-picked from the farm's sloe bushes. The sloe berries are added to Warner's Dry Gin before the dry gin is watered down (89%). It is then allowed to infuse for up to 1 month before it is watered down with spring water and sugar is added. The result is a fantastically deep and fruity gin, with a delicious underlying sweetness, which together gives a warm and not too sweet gin - bursting with notes of cherry and almond. Excellent with ice or mixed with bitter lemon. Also works perfectly with sparkling wine if it needs to be extra festive.
