Description
Graham's winemaker Charles has selected two grape varieties for this blend: the fresh Malvasia Fina and the aromatic Moscatel Gallego. The grapes are hand-picked and cold-fermented in small quantities. Graham's Blend No. 5 is bottled 3 months after harvest to maintain maximum freshness and should be drunk young. The grapes give this port a fruity flavor profile with just the right balance of dryness. This white port wine can be enjoyed neat or with premium tonic.
