Description
The wine has aged 12 months in oak casks and has a rich, elegant and complex bouquet of ripe cherries, dried fruits, vanilla and chocolate. The wine has a long and rich aftertaste with ripe tannins. The production is very similar to Amarone, but the grapes are allowed to dry for a shorter time before pressing. Served with lamb, grilled food, red meat and cheese.
