With their spicy and sweet taste, the juniper berries provide the pronounced flavor note that is characteristic of Beefeater London Dry Gin. Only the best berries from Italy, Serbia and Macedonia are included in the production. The coriander seeds, which give Beefeater its complex flavor and nutty aroma, are imported from Romania, Russia and Bulgaria. Roots and seeds from the plant kvan (Angelica archangelica) complement the flavor composition with notes that are first aromatic, then sweet and finally rounded off with a sour, slightly earthy expression.
