Description
Traditional white wine from Alsace in France. The wine is based on the Pinot Gris grape, which, as I said, grows in the northern Alsace district. The color is golden, almost amber, while the taste is fresh and mild. Alsace is known for its excellent wines, especially white wines, where you get incredible value for money. From the moment you open the white wine, you will be seduced by mild apricot, forest moss and honey – the aroma is by no means intense, but rather rounded and mild. The admirable taste, which is, as I said, fresh and mild, makes Pinot Gris particularly suitable for fish dishes and other light dishes.
