Produced from 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 20% Pinotage, 20% Shiraz, 10% Ruby Cabernet, 5% Tinta Barocca and 5% Cinsault grapes. Stored in steel tanks, 20% of the wine has been in contact with oak. Delicate bouquet of ripe fruits, fresh and medium-bodied taste of ripe red fruits with a hint of vanilla. Gentle and pleasant aftertaste. Particularly suitable for pork, beef, pasta and barbecue dishes as well as various cheeses. Should be drunk while relatively young and fresh. Dry, residual sugar approx. 6 gr./ltr.
